Olivia has been active all her life. She grew up as a gymnast and did Track and Field in high school and college. She started lifting in 2017 and has been in love ever since. She is passionate about helping other women feel strong and powerful and learn what they are truly capable of. As someone who started out learning a lot on her own through trial and error, she wants to help other women skip the guesswork and get straight to results
Olivia has always had an interest in anatomy and the human body so after high school she went to college for Nursing. Since then, she has applied the knowledge she learned throughout nursing school to her work in the fitness industry. She has a passion for education and learning new things and has taken courses through NASM, Precision Nutrition, and N1 education. She got her personal training certification in 2020 and has been working in the industry ever since. She has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of injuries and medical conditions and specializes in developing a program that works for them.

Yes, we specialize in working with clients who have a variety of injuries, illnesses, and conditions. Always consult your doctor to make sure that you are safe but workout and nutrition plans are custom to each client.
No, we will walk you through every step of the way and tailor your specific program to your experience level.
Everything you need will be located in the Trainerize app that is included with your program. You can view your workout and nutrition program and track your progress all from your phone.
Clients are billed monthly and you are not locked in for a certain number of months so you can change your plan at any time. We typically recommend staying for at least 3 months to make sure that you are getting the most out of your training but it is up to you!
